Sicom implements strict quality control processes
that adhere to ISO 9001:2000 standards. A Quality Management System registered
with QMI (QMI registration
#800055) in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
Sicom is a
General Dynamics Land Systems Certified Inspection Delegate,
which means our products are delivered "Dock to
Stock"
requiring no third party inspection of the product prior
to final assembly. This certification is only held by
suppliers with a minimum of a 99.825% product quality
acceptance rating.
Since 1997 we shipped tens of thousands of parts to GDLS
while maintaining this rating, leading to the Delegation
Certification in 2004.
